If the 2018 season’s trends for bridal looks had been dainty and softer, for this season designers went for minimal silhouettes with strong accents given by colors and details. They took risks with bold choices, not so close to costume.
Vera Wang‘s collection was completely in color, giving brides more options than classic white. Naeem Khan decided for a punk breakthrough in his bridal collection for spring 2019, while showcasing some key trends. Carolina Herrera‘s bride is more playful and romantic than ever.

1. ROYAL WEDDING
It seem not only us mere mortals suffer from the royal wedding fever. Meghan Markle wedding massive influenced the bridal fashion industry. From regal iconic styles to glittering tiaras, most of the collections had something perfect for a princess.
2. OVERSIZED BOWS
This trend on its own doesn’t seem so groundbreaking, but in this bold size it feels unexpected and youthful. Unlike the past, 2019 is calling for add-ons that become focal points rather than finishings.
3. BOLD BLOOMS
Instead of little flowers that bloomed on past season’s dress models, for Spring 2019 designers opted for lusher florals, from embroidered versions to plush appliqués. If this trend fits your style, please remember that just this detail has to take the stage: skip the flower crowns and everything that is not minimal.
Feathers have been loved by bridal designers for seasons, but this season’s plumes are posh and more sculptural than ever, constituting the true focal point of the clothes on which they are applied.
5. BRIDAL JUMPSUITS
As already some seasons ago, jumpsuits had back in fashion also for the bride of 2019 that wears the sweet pants no just for courthouse weddings, but also as a chic and modern reception outfit.
6. SHORT DRESSES
For 2019, designers considered civil ceremonies more than past and, in addition to jumpsuits, they dedicated themselves to the creation of modern cocktail dresses, making them attractive even for ladylike young brides that would have a sophisticated and sweet outfit. 7. MINIMAL AND CLEAN

For the classic but modern brides, designers in 2019 Spring season created trapeze silhouettes and empire waists, easy-to-wear and outside-the-box.
